I came in at about 7/10. It paired well with Motor City, which I’d seen the day before; they’re both great-looking, music-driven and “experimental.” The discourse completely missed me, which is good because I would have been waiting for a hard-R that never arrived.

6/10 feels about right! though I kinda agree with the walkouts. the film feels more fetish-y than narrative. and i’m suspect of any male director that is willing to film such strong violence against women for “arts sake”.
